Tamar brings more than 25 years of public accounting experience with a deep concentration in serving nonprofit organizations. Her expertise spans nonprofit tax compliance, governance, and regulatory advisory, auditing, and financial reporting, with particular recognition for her work on Forms 990, 990-PF, and 990-T, multi-state filing requirements, unrelated business income tax (UBIT) analysis, and IRS and state representation.
Throughout her career, Tamar has led tax compliance for more than 100 exempt organizations, ranging from small nonprofits to large, complex organizations with revenues exceeding $300 million. She has extensive experience working with public charities, private foundations, and membership organizations, helping clients navigate sophisticated regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all filings.
