TJ spends his days helping clients make sense of their numbers and uncover the story behind their business performance. He enjoys partnering with companies to provide meaningful insights, identify opportunities, and help leaders make confident decisions.
When he's not working with clients, TJ is likely on a football field coaching at St. Xavier High School, trying out a new local restaurant, or encouraging his son Duncan's growing interest in golf, football, baseball, and basketball. Just don't ask him about the time he booked a trip to Mexico before realizing he didn't have a passport. Fortunately, it arrived just in time for takeoff.
Professional Bio
TJ joined GBQ in 2026 and has extensive experience helping business owners and management teams gain confidence in their financial data and use it to make informed decisions. As a member of GBQ’s Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) team, he works closely with clients to streamline accounting processes, improve financial reporting, and provide strategic insight into overall business performance. His approach goes beyond the numbers, helping clients understand the story behind their financial results and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
TJ has experience serving clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, nonprofit, professional services, consumer products, and private equity. He partners with organizations on month-end close processes, financial analysis, forecasting, and business advisory initiatives designed to support informed decision-making and long-term success.
He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Wofford College. TJ is actively involved in the business community through the ACG Ambassadors Board and ACG Emerging Leaders Board. He also serves as a defensive line coach at St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati, Ohio.
