Coming from a proud Irish family of professionals, Molly brought her competitive spirit to GBQ 22 years ago and hasn't looked back.
The Centerville native and former soccer player now channels her athletic energy into coaching her 14-year-old son's soccer team when she's not providing tax compliance and planning services to manufacturing, distribution, and service clients.
While her career highlight reel is long, Molly's most daring adventure might be her experience as a human slingshot. Her philosophy of “listen to learn — don't make assumptions” has served her well in creating a career defined by challenging work in a supportive environment.

Upon graduating from The Ohio State University, Molly joined GBQ in 2003.
Molly has worked on a variety of tax compliance engagements for corporations, partnerships, trusts and individuals, specializing in compliance work involving consolidated corporations. Molly has knowledge and experience with tax compliance in many industries including technology, manufacturing, construction and wholesale. She is accomplished in the use of various accounting software programs including ProSystems, Asset Keeper, FAS, BNA, Caseware, CCH Internet Research and RIA Checkpoint.
Molly is responsible for assisting the tax team in the detailed review of various projects prepared by tax staff. She is also responsible for the training and supervision of the tax staff in order to assist with their growth in the practice.
