As a big sister to three younger brothers, Meagan learned early on to be a mentor. As captain of her volleyball team, she learned how to lead. As a mom to four, she's learned the importance of listening, encouragment … and being ready for whatever comes over the net! Each role has led Meagan to her position in HR, where her skills are invaluable.
A former GBQ Rookie of the Year, Meagan cherishes each opportunity to get to know new recruits on a personal level, from their different backgrounds to their accomplishments to their goals for the future.
