With three children and busy schedules to manage, Mark and his wife are always on their toes. Outside the office, he can often be found chasing the kiddos, traveling, and coaching soccer. A kid at heart, Mark also enjoys his fair share of video games – a fun passion (and family bonding activity) that began in his childhood on his prized MS-DOS computer.
Mark brings this same energy and passion to his clients. And, given his knack for tax accounting, compliance and consulting, and U.S. federal income tax for corporations and partnerships, he is always finding ways to “level up” his client satisfaction game.

An experienced tax leader with more than 15 years of experience in corporate and partnership taxation and more than 10 years of experience managing teams of professionals, Mark has spent nearly all of his career with PwC, providing top-quality corporate tax services to a broad array of clients varying in size and industry.
He specializes in U.S. federal taxation, with a recent focus on insurance companies and financial services, but with experience in real estate, utility maintenance, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical distribution, and medical device manufacturing/distribution. Mark also has experience in corporate and partnership tax compliance, tax accounting, corporate tax consulting, and identification of tax credits and incentives for clients.
Mark has led teams varying in size from three professionals in a single office to teams of more than 15 professionals spanning various countries and time zones, inspiring quality work while maintaining employee well-being and professional development as a top priority.
Mark graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S. in Accountancy and later graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio with a juris doctor, concentrating in Business Organizations. Mark has worked in Cleveland and Dallas and, since 2016, has lived and worked in the Columbus, Ohio area.
