Kevin joined GBQ in 2021 with over 30 years of experience as a senior-level tax executive. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin worked for L Brands in the tax department providing strategic leadership of tax planning, including supply chain planning, efficient tax and operating structures in foreign jurisdictions, transfer pricing policies, effective tax rate minimization and all income tax audits for the company.
Kevin has extensive experience providing tax consulting and transaction advisory services for domestic and international companies and operations in the retail, manufacturing, distribution and service industries. He has provided federal, state & local and international tax research and planning, audit defense, M&A transaction planning, federal and multi-state income tax compliance, income tax accounting and transfer pricing services.
Most recently, he was a Senior Tax Director at Change Healthcare in Nashville, TN, where he was responsible for U.S. and foreign income tax provision matters, and implemented various technology solutions that improved the efficiency of the tax provision process. He’s also held positions at Eastman Chemical Company and the IRS.
