Running to success
He once carried a dehydrated runner for nearly three miles — in an ultra-marathon. He's driven in a presidential motorcade. He's been an Ironman All World Athlete, taught his daughters how to ski, and spends his weekends doing yard work. All this to say: No matter who you are, you never have to wonder if Jeff's got your back.

Jeff takes a consultative approach with clients to determine where they are and where they want to be in order to identify where any gaps exist. He feels the best way to achieve the success people are looking for is to develop a plan. “We all want our portfolios to grow so we can achieve our lifetime goals; when we have a plan in place, it increases the probability of success. But, plans need continual attention if they are to reflect changing variables. I especially enjoy updating plans accordingly and reviewing them regularly with the families I serve. No two days are ever the same.”
What Jeff enjoys the most about his role is interacting with clients, hearing their stories, learning about their families and just seeing them live out their goals. “I like having a real impact on people's lives. If I do my job correctly, I can help foster multigenerational wealth.”
From an early age, Jeff was drawn to the financial markets. As a child, he would watch “This Week with Louis Rukeyser” with his father.
Previously, Jeff, who earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2012, worked for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from 1997 to 2015. Jeff's other professional and charitable involvements include work for the Conway Family Business Center, where he advises and celebrates outstanding central Ohio family businesses. Jeff also serves on the Columbus Marathon Board and the Board of Greenswell, a multidisciplinary group that inspires its members to achieve a healthy and whole life.
A lifelong resident of central Ohio, Jeff graduated from Muskingum College with a B.A. in Business where he served as Student Body Treasurer and Vice President. He went on to John Carroll University to complete their Executive Financial Planning Program. Jeff is married and the proud father of two young daughters.
Physical fitness is Jeff's passion. He has completed three full Ironman competitions, dozens of triathlons, numerous marathons and the Pelotonia bike race, which benefits cancer research. Besides spending time with his family, Jeff enjoys skiing, outdoor activities, brewing beer and coaching youth sports.
