Professional Bio

• Erin joined GBQ in 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience in financial institution operations and regulatory compliance. Her career has been dedicated to empowering credit unions to navigate complex regulatory environments while fostering growth and member trust.
  
  With a strong compliance and operations background, Erin has held key leadership roles, including Compliance Director and BSA Officer in the credit union industry. In these positions, she oversaw compliance management systems, facilitated mergers and acquisitions, and led teams in BSA, fraud prevention, regulatory changes, compliance audits, and quality control. Her expertise spans various compliance functions, including AML/BSA/OFAC monitoring and vendor and risk management.
  
  At GBQ, Erin leverages her extensive background to provide compliance consulting services to clients. Her role includes conducting various audits and compliance consultations.
  
  Erin’s academic achievements include a B.S. in Public Administration from Flagler College. She is currently pursuing a Juris Master’s Degree in Financial Regulation and Compliance at Florida State University College of Law, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and specialization in the field.
  
  Erin’s unique combination of practical experience and ongoing legal education allows her to deliver tailored solutions that help credit unions effectively address regulatory challenges and optimize operations.
