He brings a practical approach to serving his clients and provides innovative tax and consulting solutions to business owners in various industries, including construction and real estate, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, professional service organizations, and high-net-worth individuals. Chad is a native of the Cincinnati, Ohio area and a graduate of Morehead State University.
Chad is skilled at breaking down complex tax and business matters into understandable solutions for business owners. With a particular focus on pass-through entity taxation and their owners, Chad has expertise in advanced tax solutions, including accounting method review and changes, tax credits and incentives, like-kind exchanges, and tax structuring related to mergers and acquisitions from buyer and seller perspectives. In addition, Chad has served as a key advisor to business owners in various consulting matters, including executive compensation plans, strategic organizational review, cash flow planning, and profit maximization strategies.
