Brook earned her Bachelor of Science in Business, Accountancy/Finance (Summa Cum Laude) from Wright State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio. Brook is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs, and has demonstrated community leadership as Past President of Kaleidoscope Youth Center.
