At work, it's educating his clients' employees that Aaron most enjoys. By learning their stories and uncovering where opportunity lies, he helps them to improve their financial situations. Aaron currently serves as President of The Siekmann Company, a family-owned firm founded in 1981, designed to assist in the implementation and administration of retirement and employee benefit plans for small to mid-sized businesses.
At The Siekmann Company, which formalized a joint venture with GBQ in 2021, Aaron serves as the lead consultant working with clients to establish and maintain successful group retirement and employee benefits programs. Additionally, he assists plan sponsors in managing their fiduciary responsibilities and ultimately achieving financial success.
