Management and Board of Directors Training
Management and Board members are required, as part of the organization’s information security program, to have a functional level of understanding of the threats and risks to which their organization is subject. We will conduct a one to two hour training session, tailored to the client, which informs and provides discussion regarding the specific responsibilities of Management and the BOD. Topics available include IT and information security, information privacy, business continuity and disaster planning, risk assessment frameworks, vendor management and emerging banking technologies such as mobile banking and remote capture.
