We pay several different taxes in Ohio, including to the state, counties, cities and even school districts.  What are these taxes and how do they work? 

This seminar will help Japanese and American executives understand the various Ohio taxes with examples often observed by Japanese-owned  companies. We will also review some of Governor Kasich’s tax proposals that may impact Japanese companies.

Join us as we explain these taxes and their basic fundamentals. Taxes covered in this session include:

  • Commercial Activity Tax
  • Real Estate Tax
  • Sales / Use Tax
  • Municipal Income Tax
