A thick skin and a wide net.
Working in business development for over 20 years, we weren’t surprised when Rick told us that his skin was, “about three inches thick.”
He’s always fishing for leads, business, insights, and yes, even actual fish. He has hundreds of pet fish—bass, catfish, walleyes, crappies—all in a pond near his home.
