"My father is 70 and works because he wants to, not because he has to. His work ethic is unmatched,” Matt says. We think he inherited that work ethic, because he’s always finding new ways to help his clients and his team. He’s skilled at relationship building and staying calm under tight pressure, skills he picked up playing college football.
