COLUMBUS, Ohio—GBQ Consulting LLC announces the addition of Andrew L. Hays, CPA, MBA, as Director, Merger & Acquisition Services.
Most recently, Andy was the President and Founder of Hays & Co., a boutique investment bank focusing on the transportation and logistics sector. Prior, Andy was one of the founding members of Cantor Fitzgerald’s investment banking group on Wall Street. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting and consulting and has completed over $7 billion of transactions during his career.

Andy began his career with Ernst & Young. He is a CPA and has completed the NASD Series 7 & 63 exams. Andy has an MBA and undergraduate degree from Ohio State. He is a founding member of the Columbus Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Ohio Tech Angels Fund, and supports numerous local charities
