GBQ Partners LLC offers a competitive benefit package for full-time and eligible part-time associates. This package includes:
GBQ offers a 401(k) savings plan, which allows associates to defer their money on a pre-tax basis. GBQ also provides a money purchase pension plan (the Target Benefit plan) into which the firm makes contributions on behalf of eligible associates. Associates become eligible for both plans on January 1st or July 1st following completion of one year of service.
Associates receive 16 days of paid leave time each year, which is earned and accrued on a monthly basis. Paid leave time encompasses planned time off for vacations, as well as unplanned "sick" days. After being with the firm for five years, or upon reaching the level of Manager, the annual days received will increase to a total of 21 days.
GBQ provides a minimum of seven days of holiday time, with additional holiday time at the discretion of management.
GBQ provides life insurance equal to an associates' annual base salary up to a maximum of $100, 000 at no cost to the associate. In addition, supplemental life insurance is available for associates to purchase.
GBQ offers health insurance coverage.
GBQ offers dental insurance coverage.
GBQ offers vision insurance coverage.
Short-term and Long-term disability income protection is available in case of injury or illness.
GBQ offers a Flexible Spending Account that allows you to pay medical, dependent care and parking costs on a pre-tax basis.
GBQ will reimburse you the cost of the exam as well as give you a bonus when you pass.
Our goal is to help you develop professionally and personally. GBQ provides CPE to all of our associates at no cost.
The firm pays a reasonable amount of professional dues and license fees for its associates.
GBQ is committed to offering our associates a work life balance; therefore starting May 1 through Dec. 1 we close at 2:00 on Friday.
