Jim is the Founder and Managing Director of Redbank Advisors the Management Consulting
Division of GBQ Partners located in Columbus, Ohio. Redbank Advisors provides Fortune

experienced business leaders and high energy innovative problem solvers to assist
them to grow and improve profitability in the face of today's business challenges.

Jim is a seasoned business advisor. He has more than 20 years experience in successful
consulting project delivery serving such well known clients as Honda of America
Manufacturing, Greif, Inc., Limited Brands, American Electric Power, Worthington
Industries, and Timken as well as a large number of smaller companies. He has led
and participated in nearly all facets of business and consulting, serving firms
ranging from several million to several billion dollars in revenue. Jim's concentration
has been assisting clients to establish transformation targets and then to achieve
them predictably.
Prior to founding GBQ Redbank Advisors, he served as a Partner in Ernst & Young's
Consulting practice and founded and led the Clinic for Professional Services Leadership
where he taught consulting leadership to graduate students in the Fisher College
of Business at The Ohio State University.
Jim is active in several community organizations, including a member of the Board
of Directors for Rocal, Inc, Trustee for Bill & Edith Walters Foundation, Treasurer
and Board Member for the Ohio Biological Survey and Secretary and Board Member for
the Midwest Biodiversity Institute.
