Wade Kozich joined GBQ in 1976 and became a partner
in the Assurance Services Department in 1981. He assumed
the duties of Managing Partner in 1996.
Wade's role as Managing Director has been to lead the
Firm into the next decade by adding new and diverse
services, recruiting the best people possible, and establishing
strategic alliances.
With a constant focus on client service, Wade has maintained
his role as a practice partner and provides business
and financial advice to a multitude of clients, most
notably in the areas of retailing, wholesaling, contracting,
manufacturing and service corporations. He also spends
a significant amount of time with mergers and acquisitions.
A native Buckeye, Wade spent his college years elsewhere
attending the U.S. Naval Academy and, subsequently,
the California State University at Hayward. Returning
to his home state, he began his public accounting career
in Cleveland with a large national accounting firm.
Wade serves as a board member of the Entrepreneurship
Institute and the Advisory Board Exchange. Wade is also
a member of the Ohio Society and American Institute
of CPAs, The Athletic Club of Columbus, and Wedgewood
Country Club.
