Dennis joined GBQ's tax practice in March of 2008, as Director, Tax & Business Advisory
Services. Prior to joining GBQ, Dennis served as a Tax Director for Ernst & Young,
LLP where he worked for twelve years in the Tax Operations Group. Over the years,
Dennis has also worked for Marathon Oil Company, Lancaster Colony Corporation and
Cardinal Realty.
Dennis has very broad tax experience and has worked with many healthcare, manufacturing,
restaurant, automotive supplier and retail clients in the growth of their businesses.
He also has a wide level of experience in preparation of tax returns, including
C-corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships and individuals also providing tax
planning ideas and strategies, consulting on transactions and assisting with audits.
Dennis is a member of the Arthritis Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation,
the Red Cross of Central Ohio and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Dennis was
also a past Treasurer of the Olentangy Athletic Boosters and past President of Trustees
of William Street United Methodist Church.
Dennis is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and
the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
